The No-Run-Date File defines holidays and other days on which regular deliveries are not scheduled. You can specify that no runs will be made from an entire warehouse or for a specific truck route. You can also specify a fixed alternate delivery date. If an alternate date is not entered, the system calculates the next available delivery date from the date on which deliveries will not be made.

Field Name	Description/Instructions
Delete (D)	Enter a D in this field to delete this entry.
Date	The date the delivery trucks will not run.
Warehouse	Deliveries for this warehouse will be not be made. If all of the routes for a specific warehouse will not be run on the date specified, you can leave the Truck Rte. field blank. If only one route is not run, or some routes are not run, specific warehouses and truck routes must be entered.
Truck Rte.	Enter the truck route that will not run or leave this field blank to affect all routes in the specified warehouse.
Run	The run number, is used to sub-divide the customers on a truck route. It allows you to schedule alternate ship dates for specific runs within a route, instead of having to reschedule an entire route. In addition, delivery charges can now be different for different run numbers within the same route.
Reason	The reason the truck will not run.
Alternate Date	An alternate date that the truck will make deliveries. This field is optional. If specified, the alternate ship date is used. If not specified, the next normal delivery date for the route is used.
